Except where CDP otherwise expressly agrees with or expressly commits itself to any party, the benefit of any performance by CDP of its obligations under these Clearing Rules and/or Clearing Directives is restricted only to Clearing Members. CDP shall have no liability to any other party (including Trading Members). In particular, CDP shall have no liability to any party affected or aggrieved by any alleged action or omission of CDP or any of the directors, officers or employees of CDP.
