Rules 2.08.1B, 2.08A.1, 2.08A.2, 2.08B.1, 2.08B.3 and 2.08C.1 shall not apply to a Bank Clearing Member incorporated outside Singapore who clears only OTCF Contracts (and not any other Contract Class).
