(1) A former sponsor is bound by the Rules, including remaining subject to disciplinary proceedings, in respect of acts or omissions which occurred while it was authorised.

(2) A former registered professional is bound by the Rules, including remaining subject to disciplinary proceedings, in respect of acts or omissions which occurred while he was registered.
