6.5.1 A Depository Agent's failure to submit any audit certification required by the Depository within the prescribed deadlines (or within any time extension granted) is a breach of these CDP Rules.

6.5.2 Any request for an extension of time for the submission of an audit certification shall be submitted to Depository at least seven business days before the expiry of the prescribed deadline.
