A preliminary document must meet the following requirements: 

(1) The requirements in Rules 610(1) to 610(10). 

(2) The front page of the preliminary document must contain statements that (a) the document is a preliminary document and is subject to further amendments and completion in the prospectus to be registered by Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte. Ltd. (“SGX RegCo”) acting as an assistant of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“the Authority”); and (b) the lodgement of the preliminary document with SGX RegCo acting as an assistant of the Authority does not imply that the requirements under the Exchange’s listing rules have been complied with.
